Accessing and using Win.Bet services creates a legally enforceable contract between you and 138 Soft SRL (Costa Rican company registration 546345), operating under Anjouan gaming license from the Comoros Union. This agreement encompasses these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy, and all supplementary rules posted on our casino official website.

Gambling at Win Bet is restricted to adults only. You must have reached your jurisdiction’s legal gambling age, with an absolute minimum of 18 years worldwide. Submitting false age information or using someone else’s identification documents results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. We verify ages through government-issued ID documents during our mandatory KYC process.

Multiple Account Prohibition

WinBet’s one-account-per-person rule is absolute and non-negotiable. Each person, household, and IP address may have only one account. Creating additional accounts—whether to claim extra bonuses, evade restrictions, or for any other reason—constitutes fraud.

Our detection systems monitor IP addresses and connection patterns, device fingerprints and browser configurations, payment methods and wallet addresses, personal information like names and birth dates, and playing patterns and betting behavior. When we identify multi-accounting, all related accounts close immediately, all balances are forfeited regardless of source, pending withdrawals are cancelled, any winnings obtained through multiple accounts are voided, and permanent bans are issued.

Geographic Access Restrictions

Regulatory requirements prevent Win.Bet from serving players in specific jurisdictions. Residents and citizens of the following locations cannot register: Austria, France including overseas territories, Germany, Netherlands including Caribbean territories, Spain, Comoros Union where our license originates, United Kingdom and Crown dependencies, United States and all territories, and FATF-blacklisted nations with money laundering concerns.

Using VPNs or proxies to falsify your location violates our terms and constitutes fraud. We determine location through IP address geolocation during registration and play, residential address shown on KYC documents, payment method location and issuing country, and device and browser language settings. Players caught circumventing restrictions face account closure and fund confiscation.

Deposit and Withdrawal Procedures

Forbidden Activities and Consequences

Liability and Dispute Procedures

Win Bet operates without guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free functionality. We’re not liable for losses from technical problems, server downtime, internet issues, payment processor failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address disputes first through [email protected] support. Escalate unresolved issues to our Anjouan licensing authority. Final disputes resolve through binding arbitration under Costa Rican law. Accepting these terms waives class-action and jury trial rights.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms with immediate effect upon posting. Continued usage constitutes acceptance.
